Our Deluxe Base Cake & Muffin Mix is a wholesome, gluten-free blend perfect for cakes, cupcakes, and muffins. Made with premium almond meal, organic coconut sugar, and coconut flour, this versatile mix delivers soft, moist results every time. Add vanilla, berries, or spices to make it your own—ideal for everyday baking or special treats. Product Highlights: Perfect for cakes, cupcakes, and muffins Made with almond meal, tapioca flour, and coconut flour Sweetened with organic coconut sugar Easy to customise with berries, spices, or vanilla What You'll Need: ½ cup oil (melted if using coconut oil) ½ cup water or plant-based milk 2 tbsp pure maple syrup 3 large eggs Optional: vanilla extract, frozen berries, or ground ginger Directions: Preheat oven to 180°C and line a 20cm cake tin or 12-hole muffin tray. Place dry mix in a large bowl and stir to break up any clumps. Add oil, water or milk, maple syrup, and eggs. Stir gently until just combined. Pour into prepared tin or divide evenly into muffin cups. Bake for 20–25 minutes (cake) or 15–18 minutes (muffins), until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
