The resulting by-product is the rice bran. The oil from this material is then refined using mechanical methods. Refining is important for this oil to insure that there are no heavy metals or other contaminates. All of the testing results are available for this oil. Rice ingredients have been used for 2000 years in beauty products in Asia.
