About The Kit This set features two decadent creations: Osmanthus Citrus w/ Almonds: Inspired by the worldwide hit, Pursuit of Jade - this combines an Osmanthus snowskin with lotus paste that's studded with citrus peel and almonds. We may not go to battle, but we know how to make great mooncakes. Purple Yam w/ Black Sesame & Walnuts: We can't all be Marquises and Marchionesses, but for the rest of us commoners, we have other flavours that will make them envious. Purple yam snowskin combines beautifully with a black sesame lotus paste studded with walnuts. This earthy combination isn't too sweet and is a more traditional take compared to others.
