Christus Necklace, Two-tone #74454

Stainless steel with 18K gold plating. This necklace is based on the Christus sculpture carved by Bertel Thorvaldsen in 1838. The original is located inside the Church of Our Lady in Copenhagen, Denmark. Made of Carrara marble, it stands 11 feet (3.45m) tall. The inscription on the base reads, “KOMMER TIL MIG (Come unto me) Matthew 11:28”. Christus shows the resurrected Lord. Although the wounds of the crucifixion are visible, He has conquered death. His gaze is towards us, and His arms are open; extending a welcome to all. The necklace measures 25mm (1”) in height, 15.4mm (5/8”) wide. This comes with a 22" adjustable chain. It can be easily shortened to the perfect length.
