This is a washed Gesha coffee from the Bella Alejandría farms that has been co-fermented with lemongrass for 72 hours. Beautiful florals, depth of flavour, and satisfying mouthfeel is combined with the fun and striking acidity that can only come from a co-fermented Gesha. In this cup you will find all the typical and prized characterics of the Gesha varietal paired with a Meyers-lemon like sweetness from start to finish.
