Every month we send you 250g of whatever is best on the roastery floor that week — a single estate, an experimental ferment, sometimes a lot that never makes it to the shop. You pick the grind once. We do the rest. This is not an auto-renewing plan. You pay for the term you choose, we deliver it, and at the end we ask if you want to go again.
