Our Peru Norte Organic naturally-processed Swiss Water Decaf is medium-bodied with low acidity and a bright floral finish. Notes of brown sugar and raisins. We are proud to source this delicious varietal from The Cautivo Cooperative of Northern Peru. The farmer-members of this co-op strive to improve the standard of living for all involved by using water management, environmental protection, and the production of organic materials, such as fertilizers.
