Nano-Check Influenza A+B Test

The Nano-Check™ Influenza A+B Test is a rapid lateral flow immunochromatographic assay designed for the qualitative detection and differentiation of Influenza A and Influenza B nucleoprotein antigens from anterior nasal swab specimens in patients showing signs and symptoms of respiratory infection. It is intended to aid healthcare professionals in the differential diagnosis of Influenza A and Influenza B infections. The test provides visually readable results in approximately 15 minutes and is designed for use with the anterior nasal swabs supplied in the kit. It is CLIA waived for anterior nasal swab testing, intended for prescription and in vitro diagnostic use, and requires no specialized laboratory instrumentation. Each kit contains 25 tests, along with extraction buffer, sample collection swabs, and positive and negative control swabs. Clinical testing reported a Positive Percent Agreement of 86.9% for Influenza A and 86.8% for Influenza B, with Negative Percent Agreement of 99.6% and 99.7%, respectively, compared with an FDA-cleared RT-PCR method.
