BARBER LEE BOURBON DAWN CLUB SINGLE BARREL BOURBON 750 mL

The bourbon is a custom blend of non-GMO Bloody Butcher and Hopi Blue heirloom corn. It also includes malted barley and malted rye, which are both grown in California. We have here a truly unique California style bourbon. For this single barrel, we partnered with The Dawn Club. This bourbon is unique for having spicy, sweet, and earthy tones. Look for notes of brown sugar, mint, sour plum, walnut, sweet cream, and fresh apple. Also with a bit of caramel! Look for a creamy, oily mouth feel with pecan, sour plum, and a splash of coffee on the finish.
