Calf-Guard Vaccine (Zoetis): Scours Prevention Purpose: Aids in preventing diarrhea (scours) in newborn calves due to Bovine Rotavirus and Coronavirus. Suitable for both newborns and pregnant cows. Newborn Dosage: 3 ml orally, immediately after birth (before nursing). Pregnant Cow Dosage: Two 3 ml intramuscular injections, 3-6 weeks apart, during the last trimester (ideally the second dose within 30 days of calving). Requires revaccination during each subsequent pregnancy. Preservatives: Contains penicillin and streptomycin. Withdrawal: 21-day slaughter withdrawal.
