Think cranberries, candied cherry and nut notes mix with hints of spice and flinty smoke. This would be great as an apéritif to open a celebration, or carried through a full meal. Aged sur lattes for 15–24 months on clay-limestone soils in Eguisheim, farmed biodynamically. Non-vintage, blended across years for a consistent house style.
