Lillie's Q - Carolina Dirt BBQ Rub

This spice rub is a great on low and slow pork ribs, beef ribs or pulled pork at your next barbeque. Aptly named for Carolina’s clay-coloured soil, Carolina Dirt is Lillie’s paprika and sugar-based barbecue rub. For true Southern flavour, apply Carolina Dirt Rub up to 24 hours before cooking. Other uses: Dust the spice rub over your favourite cut of steak or fish before you cook them on the charcoal grill. It also works well as a seasoning for hot chips and popcorn.
