SMALL: You will receive 20 pounds of locally-caught, frozen King salmon. *Your choice of 2-4 oz pieces, 1 lb portions or an equal mix of both sizes. MEDIUM: You will receive 30 pounds of locally-caught, frozen King salmon. *Your choice of 2-4 oz pieces, 1 lb portions or an equal mix of both sizes. LARGE: You will receive 40 pounds of locally-caught, frozen King salmon. *Your choice of 2-4 oz pieces, 7-9 oz portions or an equal mix of both sizes. This King salmon comes flash frozen and vacuum sealed. They have Pin Bone In, which are simple to remove. They have an industry standard shelf life of 2 years, meaning they will remain high quality for the duration of the shelf life.
