We have found from previous custom orders that formulas, their complexity, their testing needs and also their supporting ingredient documentation has varied greatly and so therefore have changed how custom CPSRs are ordered going forwards. If you would like your own custom product assessed then please email us at contact@revega.co.uk with the following information for a quote. All information you give us is kept strictly confidential. Whether you need a single product assessed, would like variations on a single product (eg: same base with different fragrances or actives) or if you would like your own custom flexible assessment. your formulation in % Any variants and their % Ingredient Supplier information. Stability testing information Any other testing information where applicable (such as TVC, PET etc) If you decide to go ahead with your order, we'll need your responsible person name and address. Once we have reviewed your formula, we may request technical data sheets for all or a certain number of ingredients. Please ensure you have these ready from your supply before contacting us: MSDS/SDS IFRA (where applicable) Allergen (where applicable) INCI Specification Sheet (where an ingredient is a composition - very important!) We DO NOT need other documents. Please ensure these documents are ready BEFORE contacting us as this saves a lot of back and forth asking you for correct documents), you will need these for your PIF anyway. We regret that we cannot process orders where ingredient documentation comes from outside the UK, EU, USA or Canada, and all documents you supply must comply with UK/EU cosmetic regulations. If you are buying in white label products from elsewhere we will need: INCI Specification Sheet SDS IFRA Allergen If the product that you want assessed is White Label, please note we only assess these when they are from the UK, EU, USA or Canada with correct EU/UK compliant documentation. Custom reports take around 3-7 working days to complete if all requested paperwork and information is received. By ordering custom safety report we expect you to have a good working knowledge of formulation and have tested your formulas. If you are new to making and selling cosmetics we highly recommend looking at our pre-assessed options instead. All of our reports are completed and signed off by our qualified safety assessor with qualifications in pharmacy and cosmetic safety assessment and are valid in the UK and EU.
