We’re Expecting Ceramic Wall Plaque

“November Optimisme” plate is a vintage ceramic wall plaque designed by famous Danish artist Bjørn Wiinblad and produced by the Danish pottery factory Nymølle during the mid-20th century (roughly 1946–1976). It is part of a 12-part calendar series representing months of the year, featuring whimsical line drawings. “Optimisme” depicts a pregnant couple in black-and-white. It’s approximately 6″ in diameter and weighs 11oz. Designed with a small hole on the back rim to hang as a wall plaque or use as a small trivet, this plaque is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. This would be a lovely gift to someone expecting a new little Viking!
