Vaquero Bean

With their striking black-and-white markings, Vaquero Beans are as handsome as they are useful. They hold their shape beautifully through long, slow cooking and produce a dark, richly flavored broth with a slightly earthy, almost potato-like character. Especially good for chili, stews, and pot beans, they also work well in salads, casseroles, and dips. Their sturdy texture makes them a natural choice for dishes that benefit from a bean with a little more structure.
