Ethiopia Rogicha
Flavor Notes | Lychee, Orange Blossom, Pink Lemonade Growing Area | Southern Guji Zone, Ethiopia Process | Natural / Dried on Raised Beds Variety | Indigenous Heirloom Varietals ROGICHA is grown by small farmers situated at ultra high altitudes in the southern Guji Zone and processed at the Buku Sayisa station. This coffee is hand-sorted and dried for 20 days on raised beds. This slow drying process allows for more even airflow, lending to more even drying, and ultimately a cleaner and more consistent flavor in the cup. In keeping with natural processed Ethiopians from our past, this thing is a fruit bomb. Juicy and sweet, with notes of ripe berry and hints of rosewater and orange blossom on the nose. Super complex, but easy drinking at the same time. Trust us, it's a good one. Net Weight: 12 ounces / 340 grams Fresh roasted, ships on Mondays and Thursdays via two-day priority mail
