Due to the preparation, scheduling, training materials, and limited availability of each course, no refunds will be issued once booked. For this reason, any request to switch or reschedule training dates will require a $200 reschedule fee. Model Policy Students are responsible for providing their own live model for hands-on training days unless discussed otherwise in advance. If a student is unable to bring a model, training will continue using a mannequin head for practice. Please note that failure to provide a model does not qualify for a refund, discount, or free reschedule.
