InflatorShield™

The InflatorShield is a quick, easy and efficient product for Road Closure sand Airlock systems. Each unit is 3.5m in length meaning it can close a whole lane with one InflatorShield, and when connected to multiple units in a run can fully close off an entire carriageway if needed. The units can be weighted down using the front and rear ballast trays with sandbags, fence feet and other methods to increase stability. Once inflated these units do not deflate, standing firm for as long as you need them to and even have quick release zips underneath the front reflective chevrons allowing for rapid deflation when time is critical. Sold as single units - not a pair Inflates within minutes meaning rapid deployment Red & white strip to the front of each unit for extra visibility Comes complete with a highly reflective Chevron to the front which is detachable to suit your requirements Further Velcro patch added to the front to incorporate the potential need for Road Closure signage additions Quick release zip added underneath the Chevron for rapid deflation Ballast trays added to both front and rear of units for extra weights (sandbags, fence feet etc.) Brass eyelet holes added to ballast trays for water drainage Clips on each end to allow for connecting multiple units in a run Double lined at the base for extra security on wear in harsher conditions We also provide the pumps/blowers for these units if required, however can be used in conjunction with standard generators.
