This Colombian coffee from Campo Hermoso, grown at 1650 MASL, is fermented using washed carbonic maceration for complex, sweet, and acidic flavors.
- The cherries are harvested at over 20° Brix and soaked in water for 2 hours.
- They undergo an initial anaerobic fermentation for 48 hours followed by carbonic maceration for 72 hours.
