*Birds of a Feather* ~ Vintage Hand Embroidered Tablecloth Dress ~ L
**This dress is one-of-a-kind. Size L (measurements below). Made from a vintage linen tablecloth with beautiful hand embroidery.** The fabric is a lovely, high quality, mid-weight cotton in soft white. It has a soft feel but a slightly stiffer drape, with more structure than the linen fabric that I typically use for this dress. Pierced work hem. Below knee length (depending on your height). 39" from shoulder to the shortest part of the hem. Longer at the sides than at the center front & back. On-seam hip pockets. Made to last with French seams & reinforced stitching. I recommend hand washing this piece to preserve the embroidery. It can, however, be machine washed, in cold water, using the delicate cycle, if you prefer. Line dry. Iron as needed. Easy-to-wear shape flatters a variety of body types. Please note, this dress is cut low at the arm holes. For more coverage, it can be layered over a tank top or shirt. This dress is made from a vintage tablecloth. Minor imperfections are to be expected & are part of the charm. Anything major will be noted. This dress is a size L (size chart below). The fit is very forgiving and somewhat adjustable. Garment Measurements: Length = 39" (shoulder to shortest part of hem), Chest = 48", Waist = 52", Hips = 56". Size Chart: This dress is designed to be worn with lots of positive ease.
