EVENING Sales Associate Classroom Course-July 6 through August 27, 2026

The course meets every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 to 9:40 pm for eight weeks. This is the course you need to get your first real estate license. It’s taught by experienced real estate professionals who will keep you interested and engaged. The course includes the real estate license law, investments, contracts, fair housing, finance, appraising, taxation, zoning and business brokerage. The Real Estate School, Inc. is devoted exclusively to real estate education. We help you enjoy the course and to PASS the state exam. Advance registration is required. The tuition includes books and classroom materials.
