Fine Antique Edwardian Aquamarine Pendant

A most wonderful handmade creation which has survived in perfect condition from the early years of the 20th century and shows to stunning effect the harmonious Art Nouveau inspired ideals of the time. Crafted in 9ct Gold, the whole design is carefully considered and balanced to beautiful effect in a squared wire which contrasts with the lovely curves. A special gift for a birthday or anniversary, the arrangement centring around a sparkling faceted Aquamarine with tiny weeny split Seed Pearls which are set to the accents and add a gentle softness. Stones: natural Aquamarine and miniature split Seed Pearls. Metal: 9ct yellow Gold (tested but unmarked) Measurements: the pendant measures 3.5cm, whilst the fine trace chain measures 18 inches and closes with a bolt ring clasp. In most cases the boxes are for display only but a nice quality modern reproduction box will accompany this piece.
