Dry Body Brush – Eco Max brushes are ethically handmade in Sri Lanka using fair trade principles. All the brushes are vegan, bio-degradable and environmentally friendly. The Dry Body Brush is handmade from medium bristle sisal fibre, sustainable timber and coconut string. Sisal is a medium strength vegetable fibre ideal for dry body brushing. Dry body brushing is a completely natural way to gently exfoliate, removing dead skin cells, while increasing circulation and stimulating the lymphatic system to help detoxification.
