Coffee farming here remains largely traditional, with careful hand-picking and processing methods that preserve the integrity of each harvest. This lot brings together coffees from multiple family-run farms, organized through cooperative networks that help producers access stable markets and improve quality standards. By pooling resources and knowledge, farmers are better equipped to navigate challenges such as climate variability and market fluctuations, while continuing to invest in their land and communities. TASTING NOTES: Grapefruit, Blackberry, Maple Syrup ROAST LEVEL: Medium Roast RECOMENDED BREW METHOD: We recommend brewing this coffee as a pour over. We have been tasting a lot of fruit forwards notes like blackberry with hints of grapefruit and sweet syrup. Like with all of our coffees, enjoy it how you like it!
