Safety rods for TEMO 1000 Description: This kit includes two safety rods, designed to ensure the TEMO·1000 electric motor is securely locked onto its mount during use. This provides an additional layer of protection against accidental motor falls while underway. Thanks to its design, the rod cannot be inserted if the motor is not correctly engaged in its motor mount. The safety rod acts as a reliable positioning indicator, allowing the user to visually verify that the motor is properly secured before starting. Subjected to repeated stresses, particularly during installation, the safety rod is prone to wear. It is therefore recommended to regularly check its condition and replace it if it shows signs of deformation or material fatigue. Usage advice: In addition, and with a view to maximum safety and peace of mind, we recommend always securing the motor to the boat with a safety line, especially in exposed environments or if there is any doubt about the stability of the installation.
