The Penelope Suspender Skirt is a timeless girly twirly skirt! DETAILS: This version is dark chambray denim fabric, with gingham ruffles and accents. The waist is embroidered with pencils, bows and apples. The back waist has elastic, and 3 button adjustable straps, as well as a gingham tie on the back. The layering shirts and shorties are sold separately and you can choose which you like or not. ETA mid to late July.
