The Sleeve Expansion Pack is a custom sleeve drafting tool that lets you generate 25 different sleeve variations using your measurements, your fabric stretch, and your arm scye length. Choose from 5 sleeve styles: normal sleeve, puff cap, puff cap and hem, bishop, and bell. Then choose from 5 sleeve lengths: cap, short, elbow, 3/4, and full length. Together, these options give you 25 custom sleeve combinations that can be generated instantly. All you need are your arm measurements: bicep, arm length, and wrist, plus the arm scye length from your pattern. If you are using a MiSlope pattern, the arm scye measurements are provided for you in the measurement legend. If you are using a non-MiSlope pattern, you can measure the front and back arm scye yourself and enter those values into the tool. The most important parts of sleeve fit are the bicep and the arm scye. The sleeve needs to fit your arm comfortably and sew cleanly into the armhole. Many sleeves are drafted as standard add-ons, which means they are not always built to fit your exact arm or your exact pattern. MiSlope solves this by generating the sleeve based on your body measurements and the arm scye length of the pattern you are actually using.
