Eco Printing with Leaves | August 30, November 1, 2026

This is a 1 session in-person workshop. Register for any one session. DATES/TIMES Sunday August 30, 2026; 12:00-4:00pm Sunday November 1, 2026; 12:00-4:00pm COST (includes instruction and materials) $140 LEVEL Beginner! No experience necessary. MATERIALS (included) All materials are included. Wool scarves for ecoprinting (simmering), various fabrics & paper for Hapa Zome (pounding). A variety of leaves. Maybe some flowers for hapa zone if in season. Optional: Students may bring botanicals for the Hapa Zome demo. DETAILS Leaf prints on wool! Create a beautiful wool scarf or table runner in this four-hour workshop led by educator and natural dyer Lisa Rogers. Leaf print with local leaves on a Climate Beneficial wool scarf made in the USA. It is soft merino wool with silk thread, serged edges and measures approximately 8" by 72." We will discuss various ecoprint techniques along with fabric preparation. Also, try your hand at leaf pounding (Hapa Zome) while pieces simmer away. There will be a one hour break for lunch. Age: 18+ Skill Requirements: None Taught By: Lisa Rogers The Finer Details...
