Handbuilding Citrus Press Workshop

This workshop is for 14+ Classes are 2 hrs total, including up to 10 mins of clean up time. In this beginner-friendly handbuilding workshop, you’ll learn how to make your own functional ceramic citrus press using slab-building techniques. This is a great introduction to working with clay and creating practical pieces for everyday use. A perfect project for summer, this citrus press is ideal for fresh juices, cocktails, or adding a handmade touch to your kitchen. No experience is needed — all tools, clay, and materials are provided. During this 2-hour session, you will make one citrus press and have time to decorate it with underglaze painting, or pick a glaze color instead — we’ll glaze them for you after firing.
