Indigo Rose Organic Tomato

Indigo Rose organic tomato seeds produce extraordinary dark purple-skinned tomatoes with clean, plum-like flavor and subtle acidic sweetness. These saladette-style fruits average 50g and are packed with anthocyanin, a powerful antioxidant found in few tomato varieties. Developed by Oregon State University using traditional breeding, Indigo Rose grows on vigorous, sprawling vines with distinctive curly leaves. Plants are hardy with excellent disease resistance. The skin darkens to purple where exposed to sunlight, creating a striking purple crown as fruit ripens. Fruits transition from shiny blue-purple to dull purple-brown when mature and soften when ready to harvest. Indeterminate variety. Matures in 75 days (Open-pollinated seeds).
