Teardrop Abalone Shell Ring in Copper

A teardrop shaped flashy rainbow abalone shell is electroformed with pure copper. ♓︎ Abalone is an alternative birthstone for Pisces: birthdates February 19 - March 20. Each ring is made by hand and electroformed for 12 hours, allowing a unique copper design to develop and encase the stone. Rings are then buffed, polished and sealed with a protective layer to maximize luster and help prevent potential tarnishing and skin discoloration that can occur on some people who wear copper jewelry. Electroforming is a very time intensive process which produces amazingly unique yet unpredictable results. Every piece of electroformed jewelry will have its own beautiful imperfections that make it truly one of a kind! Shells are about 3/4 inch in size.
