Inspired by the aromas drifting from a French pâtisserie, this luxurious Highland single malt is a celebration of sweetness, texture and craftsmanship. Matured for 14 years in bourbon casks before spending a further two years in a carefully selected combination of Sauternes, Monbazillac, Moscatel and Tokaji wine casks, it offers remarkable depth and complexity. The nose is rich and inviting, with notes of warm brioche, baked apricot, vanilla custard, toasted almonds and hints of chocolate truffle. On the palate, layers of honeycomb, orange syrup and buttery pastries unfold, balanced by gentle spice and a bright lift of lemon zest. The finish is long, elegant and lingering, with notes of fresh bread, citrus peel and delicate honey sweetness. A beautifully indulgent dram that pairs wonderfully with aged Alpine cheeses, nutty hard cheeses and fruit-based desserts. 70cl
