Our best seller. Built for cafés. Perfected for home. Mount Buninyong was built for daily café service and refined for home. It extracts cleanly on Prosumer equipment and pulls consistently on Breville, Sunbeam and DeLonghi. Bold enough for milk. Clean enough for a long black. No surprises. Fuller than most specialty roasts, without the bitterness of traditional dark blends. Same profile year-round. We roast over 1000kg of it every month. Gold at the Royal Hobart Fine Food Awards, Silver and Bronze at the Golden Bean, Bronze at the Adelaide Fine Food Awards. The Brazilian component is Nossa, built in partnership with SOS Mata Atlântica to fund reforestation of the Atlantic Forest biome in Brazil. Good coffee doing good work.
