👨🏼🌾White Wine made by Vincent Gaudry. Vincent Gaudry is one of the pioneers of biodynamic farming in Sancerre, and this cuvée is a beautiful illustration of his work. From the flint and limestone soils of the estate, this Sauvignon Blanc is crafted with great sensitivity to preserve all the vibrancy of the place. The wine opens with fresh citrus, white peach, and delicate flowers, with a mineral backbone that gradually emerges in the glass. The palate is taut, deep, almost saline, driven by remarkable energy and a long finish that lingers on stone and lemon.
