What makes this design especially meaningful is that it includes beads from our original 2004 warehouse cleanout of Best Plastics, a Rhode Island jewelry component manufacturer that closed its doors in 1983. Those long-forgotten vintage treasures helped inspire the Leetie Lovendale brand and remain some of our most cherished materials more than two decades later. Each necklace is hand-assembled in our Arizona studio using a mix of rescued deadstock and vintage components, giving beautiful materials a second chance to shine.
