Benchmark Arena Vendor Tables August 8-9, 2026 | Benchmark Arena | Tampa, Florida Welcome to Benchmark Arena Join us for the TCG Takeover at Benchmark Arena, the very first trading card event every at this iconic venue! TCG Takeover will transform the entire arena floor into a massive two-day trading card marketplace featuring more than 200 vendor tables, major tournaments, special guests, giveaways, family activities, and thousands of attendees from across Florida and beyond. All vendor tables are premium 8-foot tables located directly on the Benchmark Arena floor. Vendor Table Options Section A Vendor Table – $400 Premium arena floor placement located closest to the primary attendee entrance and main traffic corridors. Section B Vendor Table – $350 Arena floor placement located throughout the main vendor floor. All vendor tables receive the same 8-foot table and access to the event. Placement priority is determined by vendor tier, sponsorship status, and booking order within each vendor tier. Included With Your Vendor Table One (1) 8-foot vendor table Two (2) vendor admission badges Two (2) official event shirts Access to vendor load-in and setup Additional vendor badges will be available for purchase prior to the event. Event Schedule Saturday, August 8 Vendor Load-In & Setup Expected to begin at 7:30 AM Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Sunday, August 9 Vendor Load-In & Setup Expected to Begin at 7:30 AM Event Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Final setup instructions, parking information, vendor maps, and load-in procedures will be distributed prior to the event. Vendor Parking & Load-In All vendors will load in through the arena loading dock directly onto the arena floor. Following load-in, vehicles must be moved to designated vendor parking areas before the event opens to attendees. TCG Takeover is actively working to secure discounted and reserved vendor parking options adjacent to the venue. Additional parking details will be provided prior to the event. What Can Be Sold? This is a TCG-focused event. Permitted inventory includes: Trading cards Sealed product Graded cards TCG accessories Playmats Supplies Related collectibles TCG-themed merchandise The Event Organizer reserves the right to determine whether merchandise is appropriate for the event. No firearms, weapons, counterfeit goods, illegal merchandise, or prohibited items may be sold. Guest Vendors & Shared Tables If you will be sharing your table with another vendor, or if additional individuals will be selling inventory from your booth, all guest vendors must be declared during checkout. Failure to disclose guest vendors may result in badge limitations, delayed check-in, relocation, denial of entry for undeclared vendors, or loss of future booking privileges. All guest vendors are subject to approval by Event Management. Vendor Conduct Vendors are expected to maintain a professional, family-friendly environment at all times. The Event Organizer reserves the right to remove any vendor, guest, employee, or merchandise deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the event experience without refund. Photography & Video Release By purchasing a vendor table and participating in the event, you grant TCG Takeover, MRC Games LLC, Benchmark Arena, their affiliates, sponsors, partners, media representatives, photographers, and videographers permission to photograph, film, livestream, record, and otherwise capture your likeness, booth, products, employees, and guests. These materials may be used in promotional, advertising, social media, editorial, documentary, and commercial content in perpetuity without compensation or further notice. Refund & Transfer Policy All vendor table purchases are final. Vendor tables are non-refundable. Vendor tables may not be transferred, reassigned, resold, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to another individual or business without the express written permission of the Event Organizer. Unauthorized transfers may result in cancellation of the table reservation without refund and may affect eligibility for future events, vendor status, loyalty program standing, and booking priority. Requests for approved transfers must be submitted in writing prior to the event. Security & Venue Access Benchmark Arena utilizes professional venue security procedures. All vendors, staff, and attendees entering the venue through public entrances may be subject to security screening, including metal detectors and bag inspections. Vendors should plan accordingly and allow additional time for parking, re-entry, and venue access. Event Changes Event dates, schedules, tournament offerings, floorplans, table locations, attractions, guests, sponsors, activities, and amenities are subject to change without notice. The Event Organizer reserves the right to make modifications necessary for venue operations, safety requirements, attendance levels, venue directives, or overall event execution. Questions?
