La Ferme Rouge Le Gris 2025

From the Moroccan winery, founded in 1933, all the fruit is farmed organically and harvested by hand. Using native yeast, and wine aged in stainless steel with little to no sulfur additions at bottling. The result is a delicate, dry rose with notes of strawberry and spice. Lovely and unique! The pale pink color embodies the true spirit of grey wine. Its gourmet nose and floral aromatic hints of grapefruit and candy give it a light flattering palate, of wild and vivid freshness with underlying minerality. On a highly subtle note, "Le Gris" is Morocco’s wine par excellence.
