Balin's Tomb Whiskey Glass
A repeating band of Dwarven heraldry wraps the glass above the iconic Cirth inscription: Balin Son of Fundin Lord of Moria. The pattern pulls from the stonework and iconography of Khazad-dûm, with geometric lines, archways, and carved details layered into a continuous design. Along the base, the inscription runs in a clean band, carrying the words found on Balin’s tomb and grounding the piece in that specific moment. Balin, son of Fundin, was one of the dwarves of Erebor who later set out to reclaim Moria. For a time, his company succeeded, restoring a foothold in the ancient halls before being overrun. His tomb, discovered by the Fellowship, stands as a record of that attempt and its end. Part of our collectible Middle-earth series - collect them all!
