CLESSTE / Vintage Dyed Selvedge Denim City Military Half Pants (Light Indigo)

This time, we collaborated with SHIOTA, one of Okayama's most traditional sewing factories, amidst the fierce competition among denim factories. They created denim incorporating expert sewing techniques. Based on the overpants originally designed to be worn over the M-51 cargo pants officially adopted in 1951, these pants have been updated for a more modern look, with a cut-off design below the knee. The side cargo pockets have been redesigned for a more modern look. The waistband features elastic and a drawcord. Produced in Japan, these jeans are produced in the Bitchu/Bingo region of Okayama Prefecture, a world-renowned denim-producing region. The warp yarns are dyed with indigo rope dyeing, which does not penetrate all the way to the center, allowing the denim's unique texture to develop over time. The 10.5oz weave makes them suitable for all seasons. The jeans also incorporate the environmentally friendly "e-flow" next-generation processing technology, which distributes dyes and chemicals evenly throughout the denim while significantly reducing the amount of water and chemicals used. We then added a natural fade with a bleaching process, and finally overdyed the fabric to create a deep, dimensional color.
