The Zaria look is created with 2 different extension lengths (plus braids for texture): Venus Longs (Golden Chestnut + Polar) are designed to fall to your waist / upper butt. Long Braids (Polar) designed to add depth and texture to your look and are the same length as the Venus Longs SHORTIES™ (Golden Chestnut + Polar) are designed to hit around your mid‑back / bra band to create soft layers What length of natural hair is needed for dreadlock installation? Only about 2-3 inches! We will teach you inside of the course that comes with your hair order on how to install on your hair no matter if it's super short, or super long. If your hair is super long (mid back or longer) we do recommend going with our longer style of extensions to make sure you have enough room to braid onto the dread. If you want to adjust the number of extensions: For a lighter feel: you can go down to 14 bundles and still complete the style. For extra fullness: you can add 2 more bundles of SHORTIES™ if you love big, dramatic hair. We don’t recommend going below 14 or you may not have enough hair to fully match the look in the photos.
