The palate is ripe and generous, with luscious dark fruit driving through finely integrated oak and velvety, fine grained tannins. Subtle truffle and savoury notes add depth, while balance and controlled power carry the wine through a long, persistent finish. Now beautifully settled, it shows both richness and composure in classic Heathcote Cabernet form.
