Taking the Caribbean classic of blended Scotch and coconut as its starting point, Grand Army Bar's Snake Eyes pivots to smoky mezcal and a touch of banana liqueur, transforming a familiar combination into something entirely new. Adapted from Robby Dow and Ally Marrone. Ingredients: ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup 1 ½ oz mezcal barspoon banana liqueur 2 oz coconut water ¼ oz fresh lime juice Instructions: Add all ingredients to a shaker Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds Double strain over large format ice Glass: rocks Garnish: salt rim
