Sencha Zairai
Sencha Zairai 2026 New Harvest! This is Horo Tea’s original blend, made with Zairai tea leaves grown in the deep mountain area of Kamo, Kizugawa City, in southern Kyoto. Zairai tea has a natural character that is less standardised than many modern tea cultivars. Its flavour has a wild, mountain-like energy, with depth that reminds you of soil, nature, and the landscape where it was grown. The tea is carefully finished by a long-established tea company, adding a soft roasted aroma to the fresh green character of sencha. It is a unique and expressive sencha, full of natural strength, depth, and quiet wildness.
