100% hand growth babić grapes, totally organic. No chemical additions, only indigenous yeast, spontaneous fermentation. A superb red natural wine, characteristic and fragrant, that rest 3 years in barrel but is able to keep a great freshness and drinkability. A natural wine with flavours of cherries, pomegranate and minerality that exhibits the characteristic off the sun-blessed, windswept karst limestone terroir overlooking the Adriatic sea.
