Join the Cake or Dice Guild and become part of our members-only adventuring party. Your Guild Membership helps support Dundee’s alcohol-free gaming café while giving you regular access to our gaming space, our board game library, and a monthly bundle of rewards, surprises, and in-café perks. As a Guild Member, you can use the Cake or Dice board game library as part of your membership, without needing to buy an Access Pass each visit. For non-members, access to the board game library is normally covered by an Access Pass, which costs £10 per day and allows up to 4 people to play. Members are also welcome to use our space to play their own board games, card games, tabletop games, RPGs, or campaign sessions, subject to table availability. Each month, Guild Members receive a mystery loot box packed with tabletop treats, gaming goodies, café surprises, or exclusive items chosen by the Cake or Dice team. You will also get 10% off food and drink, access to our members-only Discord, random freebies, birthday rewards, quarterly prize draws, and the chance to find rare bonus loot in your monthly box. Board game library and gaming space access Guild Members can use the Cake or Dice board game library as part of their membership. For non-members, access to the board game library is normally covered by an Access Pass, which costs £10 per day and allows up to 4 people to play. Guild Membership includes this access without needing to buy an Access Pass each visit, making it ideal for regular visitors, couples, families, gaming groups, campaign players, and anyone who wants Cake or Dice to be their regular gaming space. Members may also bring and play their own games in the café, including board games, card games, tabletop games, RPGs, and campaign sessions. Table use is subject to availability. Food and drink should be purchased from the café while using the space. Mystery loot box examples Your monthly box may include items such as dice, pins, stickers, trading card accessories, café treats, game night extras, handmade items, exclusive Cake or Dice goodies, or surprise upgrades. Important monthly box information The cut-off date for each month’s mystery loot box is the 14th of the month. If you subscribe on or before the 14th, your first box will be that month’s Guild loot box. If you subscribe after the 14th, your first box will be the following month’s Guild loot box. Boxes are shipped after the monthly cut-off date.
