Jose Arnold Paz Mejia - Finca San Jose - Natural Gesha

This is our first Gesha varietal coffee from a good friend, farmer José Arnold Paz of Santa Barbara, Honduras, and his attention to detail really shines in the cup. It's sweet and jammy with flavors of mixed berries, bing cherry, purple grape & brown sugar with a gentle plum acidity and a sweet, juicy aftertaste. Please note: This coffee is roasted in very small batches on a schedule apart from our weekly regular roasting schedule. It will be roasted the weeks of April 20, May 4, May 11, June 1, June 8 & June 15. 8oz bag: $15.00
