Kongo Coffee is a blend of Typica and Bourbon cherries processed in the highlands of Simbu. It is said to have flavors of cooked apricot, brown-sugar, vanilla, and roasted almond.
- The cup bursts with cooked apricot, melts into brown-sugar sweetness, brushes vanilla pod, ending on roasted-almond crispness.
