The blend is made up of 60% 9yr MGP bourbon and 40% 9yr BBC Rye whiskey, then finished in a Laird's Apple Brandy barrel and proofed to taste. Nose - Honeycrisp apple, gala apple, green apple, honey, cinnamon, oak, vanilla, caramel. Palate - Green apple, red, apple, honey, pear, vanilla, oak, subtle cinnamon, and lemon citrus.
