Mery Avircata brings a wealth of experience from cacao farming to her work in coffee in Caranavi, Bolivia. Her icatu coffee from last season was one of our favorites and we are very pleased to be serving her Gesha this year. This coffee sparkles with bright acidity finishing with hibiscus florality. Produced by: Mery Avircata Process: 24-fermentation, Washed Varietal: Gesha Elevation: 1650-1750 masl Coffees are roasted weekly on Friday mornings.
